Standard BioTools announces merger with Somalogic

Uniting with Somalogic fundamentally improves the growth and scalability of our companies, providing a comprehensive suite of complementary, high integrity proteomics solutions, which will couple with our leading genomics workstations to drive translational and clinical research insights. Adding to our portfolio will expand available solution offerings across the customer user base.
We expect to close in Q1 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. During this time, Standard BioTools and Somalogic will continue to operate as independent companies until the transaction is completed. There will be no immediate changes in the way you do business with Standard BioTools until after close.
